I have an Actiontec winmodem that happens to be a little gem.Average connect speed is 50k,downloads average 5.2.
I've come to the conclusion isa modems are a little easier to configure than pci.
Just have them share with com 2(irq3)
Pci have to be forced in bios if there is a problem and I've seen no major advantage to pci over isa in modems.
