Hehe...had the same problem. Apparently the temperature setting for the CPU is VERY sensitive and not all that accurate. Make sure you are using the SoftBIOS, go into it and go to Power -> Hardware Monitor. Disable (N/A or Ignore can't remember) CPU Temperature and possibly MB Tempurature. If you do not have a stock fan (or one that gives an RPM reading) disable the CPU Fan Speed, too.
When you overclock the bus on the P3B-F the temperature gages go off the chart and the BIOS starts beeping at you, even if your CPU is running cool. I know this because my CPU is cooled by a peltier, but when I overclock, the BIOS reads the temerature high, even if the heatsinks and CPU are cool.
Then use the standard SoftBIOS clock changers to bump the bus past 115 MHz. I can stabily run my PIII 450 at 540 (4.5x120) and decent at 558 (4.5x124).
