  • upcoming nvidia nv15 specs(preview)

check out the article at ixbt-labs.com for the upcoming specs for the nv 15 chip from nvidia,to put it mildly they state that the chip will be roughly 2/2.5 times faster than the existing chip and will de available as early as april,i hope that whatever matrox has up it's sleeve comes out soon(please pretty please).

nvidia always over-hypes their specs. I wouldn't worry too much.

yeah i know but the specs weren't released by nvidia,in fact the site i mentioned was actually hoping to keep the article up before nvidia found out and they would be asked to pull it off.

That is so naive it's kind of touching.

Yes, nVidia would hate for an *cough* independent 3rd party to make their product sound good. In the meantime superfly, don't take any candy from strangers.

Would you like to buy a bridge. I have one in Brooklyn I want to sell, cheap.
Gigabyte P35-DS3L with a Q6600, 2GB Kingston HyperX (after *3* bad pairs of Crucial Ballistix 1066), Galaxy 8800GT 512MB, SB X-Fi, some drives, and a Dell 2005fpw. Running WinXP.

and in fact i was right the article was pulled off their site, either because it contained the actual specs or because it was totaly wrong or because nvidia want's to screw with everyone's mind or finally they want to annouce it themselves, which one do you guys beleve is the truth, and in any case where is that G450 I WANT IT BAD!!!!! .

              Hold On!!

I've just spent my offspings education on my shinny G400 Max /Athlon 650.. I just wan't to sit back and watch the guy who sold it to me, Develop some great problem free drivers so I can wear the hell out of my input devices on some games that can only dream of eating 75% of my resources...
when I see unreal playing 1600X1200 (with insurance info like text), I am certainly not loosing sleep over what bit of silicon I need to lash out on next..

Do you guys really have the requirement for this capability? What real life war simulator don't they sell at my local store?

The reason nVidia had them take the stuff down was because it was totally bogus. They just motified an old TNT2 spec sheet and called it NV15. It was crap to get some quick hits. Its all bull. Dual head on a nVidia card? I doubt it...
