  • MURC, I've got a Problem..

    Hi,

(My Eglish is not so good!!)

    I've got a P3 450Mhz with Buffalo 100Mhz 128mb of Ram on a Asus P3B-f(latest bios 1004). The max that I could get is 115 fsb, so I tried my dad's Ram (APacer32mb 100Mhz) I could do a 133Mhz with it!!

How is this possble???. I tought the Buffalo could go at least to 124 fsb!!??.

And If I go to 133Fsb I can't goto windows I get a message saying: (A not so good translation from dutch to english) Could not boot to windows, becuase of a stack overflow of the config.sys.

My config.sys on my C:\ it just has 3 lines and nothing to say about any stack..
Before all this happend I found another config.sys in c:\command\edb that one has the stack lines.
but I don't have the file for a time and my computer worked fine (450@517Mhz with Buffalo Ram)till now.(600Mhz with APass)

    Please help me!!
    thx Cyberdude

p.s. could some one say where I can buy good Ram to overclock??
I prefer 133Mhz or someting else.

p.s.2: If youu got a g400 vanilla and got it O/C'ed, could you put the MgaTweak setting in the reply's

    thank you again.
