Yo Beezer ,creative will send you the adaptor free I got mine in about a week.The newest fps2000 boxes include them so for us oldtimers there givin them away..Free shiping too.. I cant say I hear any diff But the wiring is cleaner and I have the outputs open if i need em ,witch I wont cause I sprung for the platinum so I could plug in my ceramic phono without a preamp and rip my album collection.. aint life grand..
