Time for a little blatant self-promotional love 
The powers that be have finally unleashed Mouse without Borders on the world.
MwB is like a KVM without a KVM. I've been using it at work and it's awesome. I figure there are a few power users here who may enjoy it quite a bit.
Let's say you have two computers and three screens, two on one and one on the other. Install and configure MwB on both and link them. You can now operate both computers off a single mouse and keyboard. This includes things like file copies, clipboard, and logoff/logon events.
