Program to find out ram running CAS2 or 3?

It doesn't exactly answer your question, but there is an ol DOS program out there called "cachechk" (cache check) that will tell you the speed of your L1 & L2 cache and your main memory for reads and writes. It doesn't tell you plainly that your memory is cas-2 or cas-3, but what its real performance is. It is an interesting little gem... I don't have an url readily available for you, though, but I could upload it to my web site if you'd like.
