Hi temp on Cumine

Well I got my 600e and put on my fancy cooler and pumped it up to 800 Mhz first whack at 1.65 volts..SSWWeeeeeeettt..BUT my Winbond 2 p2thermal diode reads 140 degrees F in mother board monitor 4.16 Under load.The sensor that came with my BF6 is right next to the slug and it reads a more believable 100.The board behind the slug is just warm to the touch so Im doubting the high reading "What do you suppose is up with That" I wanna shoot for 900 but I think I better wait til I know more.. thanks for any ideas ...Matt

Well the abit diode was keeping the slug from contacting the heat sink OOOO NNNOOOO Now temp is down at 96 degrees F..By the way I am runnin at 150 fsb for a rockin 900 mhz rock solid so far..not bad for 260 buks YA HOO

Yea Caprice So far so good ..The pci is 1/4 and the Agp is 1/3 so at 150 fsb thats a nice round 100 for the g400..Im Sooooo Happy

Hey Plmr,

Do your temp readouts from MBM or Sandra match your temp readings in bios. Mine seems to be higher in bios. Wierd. (Check sig. I have a BF6 too...)
