Problems with Viewsonic PF790
I just upgraded to this monitor from a Dell trinitron based 17 inch monitor and have noticed the same thing on both machines I have at home. Both run G400 Max and hardware is identical, anyways back to the problem. It looks to my eyes that the text is extremely blurry on both monitors at the upper left hand corner of the screen. I know the cards are fine cause the old 17" monitors were as clear as a bell. Anybody have this monitor? if so is it sharp? I need to know if their defective and need to be returned.

I looked very hard at a LOT of monitors before I chose mine. Among my list were the G790, PS790, and PF790. The first two were out b/c of distortion problems, and I read a lot of reports of blurry corners with the PF790.

Gigabyte P35-DS3L with a Q6600, 2GB Kingston HyperX (after *3* bad pairs of Crucial Ballistix 1066), Galaxy 8800GT 512MB, SB X-Fi, some drives, and a Dell 2005fpw. Running WinXP. -
