ALi Alladin V and Win2k

Anyone using a Super 7 board with the ALi Alladin V Chipset, (1541/1533), and Windows 2000 Pro? I'm having trouble installing it and am not sure whether it's a problem with the motherboard, (Iwill XA100plus), BIOS or Chipset.

Any help would be gratefully appreciated.
