I suspect it's the RAM too. The chipset will work fine on a BF6 past 133.

Might be your memory, i have my 500e@666 FSB 133 not probs at all, using a homemade H/SF setup, and using 1 stick of PC100, 1 Stick of 133, try some other memory if you can, see if that solves the prob.A-Trend Mobo 6240 V2

My memory is Crucial Pc133, it's supposed to get higher than 133, but I guess you never know.Athlon64 4800+
