    I ordered a stick of PC133 CAS2 last Friday. Today, I decided I wanted 2 sticks. I call back and my order has already been sent to shipping and it couldn't be recalled to add the 2nd stick.

    They told me they'd send the 2nd stick and split the shipping between the two shipments.

    Basically, they saved me the $7.50 shipping (2nd day) for the 2nd order.

    Very helpful, very quick (answered on the 3rd ring - no hold), very understanding (took me 2 days to rationalize the 2nd stick).

    Aside from their great memory, I'd recommend them for their customer support as well!

    I had good luck with Crucial's customer support, too. When I ordered my RAM, I ordered it next day at 9pm CST-US. The next day I called them up and the memory had already shipped, and the email confirmation was on the way.

    I really like Crucial.
