So I had a problem with my Intel laptop and ordered newer laptop with AMD Ryzen.
Cloned old drive to new laptop (reason for not just putting in old drive - new is nvme, old was SATA), booted up, logged in, everything works (LAN, bluetooth, USB, WiFi, dock, Radeon GPU, webcam, audio), no need for me to do any driver installation or tweaking or Windows activation.
8-core 7nm Ryzen 4000 is noticeably faster than 14nm Core i7 8000 series and there is no throttling and there is no lag with 5k display.
