I just got my 2 sticks of PC133 Crucial CAS 2 memory. If I put them in alone (tried each individually, in multiple slots), I get a long repeating beep (no memory?).
If I put one or both new sticks in with my existing stick, the machine boots but only sees 128M of RAM.
The existing memory is PC100 (Hyundai - don't know anything more on this).
I'm looking into whether there's a BIOS update available (it seems like the last one was 8/99 which I think I have).
I haven't changed any BIOS settings - still running at 10ns, CAS3. Memory is running at FSB speed (100MHz).
I'm on hold with technical support right now but I'm hoping someone is lurking with a possible answer!
I did a search in the forums and all I could find was a note to flash the bios...
Thanks in advance!
