K7 boot problem

I bought a K7 and I'vew been having probs with it...as soon as windows2000 finishes to the loading part my pc reboots....or sometimes he displays an error in a file called isa???.sys or pci???.sys.... I figure it might be my sound card since it's a isa...so I took it out.... no difference....so I took my network card out...still no difference... I almost shure it's my video card since it's an old 1mb pci... any body care to confirm this??
