Haven't tried to change any settings cause I'm not sure about my HEX reading ability. Would be interested to know if anyone else tries it and gets any sort of performance boost.

I have written a plug-in for H.Oda's WPCREDIT program that can be used to tweak the VIA Apollo Pro series chipsets. (H.Oda is the author of softFSB).
This is for Apollo Pro, Pro+, Pro133 and Pro133A based motherboards (using the 691, 693, 693A & 694X northbridges).
It allows the user to adjust many more settings than are in any BIOS setup, including memory timing, IOQ depth etc.
