I've overclocked my AMD K6-2/400 successfully to 450Mhz. All works fine and I have a little fps-increase in all games :-)
But I had to set the VCore to 2.8V!!! to get windows booting. The standard Volt-setting is for 450Mhz: 2.3V and for 400Mhz: 2.2V
The temperature goes not over 60°C with a standard-fan. I think this a bit hot, but not dangerous.
But is the high VCore-setting OK??????
What could happen???
