Two questions about power supply wiring.

First, on the 4 pin connectors coming from the PS, which is the wire I would plug my peltier into? The red, or the yellow? I realize I need to attach it to a ground wire also. Second, I know I saw the answer to this somewhere, but I can't find it again for the life of me, how do you wire a setup so that you have two ATX power supplies turn on with the push of a single button. It had something to do with simply connecting one or some of the wires from the power supplies together I think.

Rock. Thanks ever so much. One more though, what is that Molex 4 pin connector? And is it necesary? Seems to me putting a connector on there just makes it so you can take the second PS off if you want. Thanks again.
