  • Anyone know of any reliable, inexpensively priced electronics supply shops?

I'm looking for a few items, Fluke Multimeter, soldering station, etc...

I seem to recall someone mentioning a reasonably priced online site that carried a lot of this stuff.

    Thanks a bunch,

    Guyver

I don't know how their prices compare, but they are well stocked.

eBay has some decient deals. I purchased my Fluke 867BE from C&S Sales. This one was $650 couple years ago, but believe Fluke had a price hike since then. Also at this time these were normally going for $800-850

Newark is high, very high... and aren't setup to handle individuals well

CPC are quite good - http://www.cpc.co.uk/ - They've a large stock and aren't too expensive.

And, Maplin electronics - http://www.maplin.co.uk - not too cheap, but OK - good for individuals (and based in my home town! )

Both based in the UK, but I believe take overseas orders.

i found a local supply house that was cheaper than any online one.
