How do i get them to speak at 100Mbps

    Not really sure what the exact model of the cards are. I think theyre tx395s but can't be certain. Got them out of an old box in the local comp shop, 5 quid each.

    I can get them talking at 100 now but only if i enable both sides of the connection simultaneouaeously (?), which is a bit tricky using both mice.

    as to the fans scoring an own goal, i think the team tried to pre-empt that particular plan.

      As for 3com cards at 100 Mbit,
      Ive had no problems with two 3com
      Fast Etherlink cards and a crossover
      cable (Linux to Win98). Perhaps its
      cos Linux goes for 100Meg easier than
      Windows
