TV-OUT just wont work and it never has.

dvd and clone out just dont work. im on a g400 max, 450p3, 256mb ram, etc.
ok, one day it just stopped working. i put the dvd in that had work just a few days ago and it wont output to the tv.

i replaced the RCA video cable with an S-Video cable and it started working perfectly.

then one day it just stopped working all over again. i bought another S-video cable and tried it and it wont work.

tv-output just wont work right. i even tried formatting my hard drive between 95 and 98 and even 2000. what the hell am i doing wrong.

More details, system specs, make sure you're outputting to the right standard... can you hook up a VCR to the TV using S-Video? Which drivers are you using?

the vcr doesnt have S-Video out, but it does have Composite out and it works fine. the dual head doesnt work through composite.

450P3, 256mb SDRAM, 32mb AGP G400MAX, dual P2/P3 ATN motherboard
