  • is there a way to replace the "Teflon / Plastic" legs on mice?

The problem is, that when these things get worn down (such as using them on a "bumpy" surface as the Everglide pads), the mouse accuracy degrates...
is there a way to replace these thingies? or advice on how to Re-Generate them?
anyway, what I am saying, is that Optical or no optical, some mouse parts DO get worn down...

now, where did I left my Ion-hover mouse I picked on my trip to Vulcan?

I've seen different sized pads at Home Depot, they are ment to be placesd on furniture with an adhesive side, and allow them to slide on the floor easilly (not ones with felt, these are a hard but flipery compositw material (something like plastic). Don't know it they come that small, but should be modifiable to work on the mouse. You also might want to contact the manufcturer, they might send you replacements! Hey, it can't hurt to try.

well, I am currently on a Logitech Mouse Man Wheel (after my IntelliMosue Explorer fell from 1 meter to the floor and broke! a 60$ Mouse! ) which has the best shape I ever saw on a mouse.
anyway, I am really happy about the Everglide Pads I own, they are the best pads I ever had, so smooth, so precise, so... Paddish...
(oh, it's all great beside that fact that the shipping cost from everglide.com is about almost twice the price of a Giganta pad itself... ).
Thanks Mark F, I will try contacting logitech, mybe thier service will be as good as their mice...

I am currently on a Logitech Mouse Man Wheel

I'm on the corless version. I have the corded version on my daughter's PC. They're almost the same, I can't quite figure out what is different, but the cordless seems even more comfortable.

Post when you here back from Logiteck. I'm interested to hear how well their customer service is!
