Help! Mobo probs.

Hello,
I have a dell dimension and somethgin is wrong with my mobo and I am tired of it. I want to buy an ABIT BE6-II online allong with a new case and power supply. I plan on takign out my pII 400mhz and all the hardware and stick it in the new mobo and case. I need places where i can get a CASE-Powersupply that will work online. Please post links!
