  • Utility program to show RAM bus speed?

Does anyone know of a small utility program that will display the current bus speed of the system RAM? I have seen one in the past but forgot the name of it...Any info much appreciated...Thanks!

It's the same as your fsb if you have a BX mobo. If you have an i815 or VIA mobo than it isn't.

        Use SiSoft Sandra

Under Mainboard Information scrool down a bit till you get to Logical/Chipset Memory Banks where you'll see the Memory Bus Speed.

Unfortunately Sandra doesnt work too well on my windows 2000 so I cant seem to check it there...I tried Doc Memory but that doesnt show the Memory bus speed at all...Any other programs?
