From what I've read most P3-800's top out at 133MHz FSB. Just make sure you get one with Cbo stepping.

    Well, it's 35.56 degC outside now, Room temp= 23.5, Case temp= 29 degC, mobo temp= 28.9, CPU temp= 23 degC.

That's as hot as this room gets thanks to the airconditioner(swamp cooler) down here.

Just had to reverse the three 80mm fans to blow out the front of my case. The fan from the PEP blows towards the DIMMs (front). So, it's now better to pull air in the back and out the front. The temp in the case was getting over 34 degC. Got it down to 28-29 degC now.
Even just a 52 watt peltier puts out quite a bit of extra heat. I may have to build some kind of duct to exhaust the heat from the peltier.

      more info:

the room temp where my comp is kept runs between 75f and 85f

the case temp runs between 79f and 89f

the "blo-hole" and ported rear fan in the case swap out the air very quickly
