Interesting ... so the 15GB uses one disk and two heads while the 20GB uses two disks and three heads. The 20GB isn't using one of the surfaces on one disk. Maybe they're using marginal platters on the 20GB version which only could hold 6 2/3 vs. 7 1/2 GB per surface. Didn't make sense for them to sell a 2 disk/4 head 26 2/3 GB drive.
