  • Mixing PC133 and PC100

Has anyone sucessfully mixed PC133 and PC100 ram in an Asus P3B system? Thanks.

    I don´t have a P3B, but I have 3 64 DIMMS, one PC100 SDRAM cas3, other PC124 SDRAM cas3, another PC133 SDRAM cas3. I´m running it at 100 Mhz on a AMD 750 based motherboard (Gigabyte 7IX) at the fastest memory settings I can (including CAS2).

So being the AMD 750 known by their pickyness about memory, I would say people have great chances of mixing PC133 and PC100 on any motherboard in the market

Yep...Although I'm not using it now, I had PC66, 100, and 133 all on my P3-B at the same time. No problems at 112 MHz fsb.

I have no problem mixing PC100 and PC133 sticks in my K7M and as Nuno said this board is a bitch for memory if it works in this, it should work in anything else.

Thanks for the replies. Now lets see: 192 plus 128 equals a whole ton of ram!!!
