Yeah, the east coast server is often busy but the west coast server is always available. I get roughly the same results from both, since I have a good connection to both servers.

Steve, try to find a good, well-connected FTP server in Europe, download a large file, and watch the transfer rates.

Well, if the line is heavily used, the tests aren't going to be accurate. I don't know about the msdownload.microsoft.com though. All the tests work fine through my firewall (but only a simple port-blocking firewall).

And you guys are afraid to post some ping times? Are mine the best?

Speaking of Counter-Strike, for some reason, I killed everyone with a Mac10 (headshots). I went up against M4A1s, AUGs, MP5s, TMPs and USPs. Now how did that happen? I was on the losing team too. Usually, I get my ass kicked, low ping or not.
