1 Ghz Althon CPU Fan

I'm going to be building a new system for my friend next week and I'm gonna get him 1GHz Althon. I was wondering what u would suggest for a CPU fan for it. I'm not gonna overclock it for him so thats not too big of a conseration at this time.

Athlon(classic-slot A) or Athlon(Thunderbird-socket A)?

My choices are:

I wouldn't go with the FOP-38. It's a nice fan/HS, but if you're not OC'ing, it's overkill. The fan will be much louder than necessary.
