Invest with your brain, not your heart. I hate the idea of RAMBUS as well, but I'm not one of those folks who won't own a mutual fund that invests in a tobacco stock or two...

Anything that helps me retire more quickly/richer is AOK by me for investment.

And, if you look at Rambus stock prices, they've done really quite well. Ride the wave but cash out before their patents are declared invalid.

Oh, and continue to hate them!
