Do the advanced search > 168pin DIMMS > PC133 section.
The 7E 128MB PC133 DIMMS are going for "$91.79 ea". It would be better to get 2 X 128MB DIMMS than the single 256MB DIMM. I believe you have to run the 256MB DIMM at CAS3 instead of CAS2 at 133MHz FSB.
If your going to overclock definitely get 2 X 128MB of the 7E PC133 it can run at CAS2 up to 160-165MHz FSB. You will never get that high with a single 256MB DIMM.

I've already got three 128mb dimms. 2x256mb dims would free up the third mem slot then I could fit the nice big Alpha on me PIII.Comment

well there price has just gone up by around £80.00 so thats shelved that idea for a bit.Comment
