Crucial Memory 7e question

Hi, I am almost decided to get 256MB of 7e even though I can get some cas3 for $200CND.

Would the 7e run cas222 at 133MHz with loading time of 5-7 instead of 7-9?

I just want to know if that mem will handle the *very best* settings in BIOS :-)
