    HollyBerri,

    You're right on, I did install the Win95 version of Powertoys. I was looking for the newest version of TweakUI, think I got the wrong one! Anyone know where to get the latest version? The target.dll thing is now fixed on my machine, though I mentioned that. However, still have that darned Saitek thing in My Computer.

    EchoWars,

    I tried your suggestion, no luck. If I go to a command prompt, I only have access to my drives, right? IE C, D, and E. This Saitek thing isn't a folder within a drive, it's as if it's a drive all to itself! So DOS doesn't appear to see it, or if so, I'm not sure what it is recognized as. Maybe the latest version of TweakUI would help out here...

    Unfortunately I cannot check the Saitek software, as I already returned it with the joystick in favor of a new Gravis Blackhawk at half the price which I like better.

    Cheers!

    A few pictures of my system and list of components on my growing web page:

    Hope I did the link right, guess I will find out...

      Finally solved! I had sent an email to Saitek on Friday night, and received an answer today. Here's what I had to remove (in the registry, naturally):

      HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\Curr entVersion\explorer\MyComp
      uter\NameSpace\{16FF4B46-69C1-11D2-93ED-0080ADA686BB}

      I certainly don't think I would have found it!

      Later,

      Aaron

        aaroncgi, you can get the Win98 version of TweakUI from this WinMag page, but you should also have it on your Win98 CD in the Tools/ResKit/powertoy folder.

        You'll also want to save any .inf and .dll files for the Win95 PowerToys that you like (other than TweakUI), because the Win98 version is only TweakUI without any add-on utilities.

        Glad you got it fixed!
