I'm sick of people who say it without backing it up, stop talking out of your ass. If you're going to make a bold clame that winME is way better at games over win2K then you better back it up. Don't go saying oh heard on such and such a website that some guy that knows his friends wife brother's sister said that winME performed better than win2K.

Show the facts or don't say anything at all.
Any real computer user knows win2K is the best OS that was made by microsoft.

Joel, yes that's correct, winME has a nice feature called rollback, stupid computer users that screw their system up can just roll back no real computer knolwedge to fix the problem, a lot of driver stuff is automated, again something real computer users don't need. It's designed so that people that dont know how to use a computer can use winME.

You have no idea what you are talking about. I never said Win2k is not a better OS, I just said Win2k is less efficient in gaming. Ran four laps around 1on1Judith and averaged fps from each one individually.

One test WinMe
One test W2K

Checked ping on DM servers
One test each OS

Results:

WinME 102 fps
Win2K 99 fps

Ping
WinME 50
Win2K 52

Data analysis: Same result within the limits of accuracy.

(Won't bet on results for lower RAM quantities)

I'm keeping the G400, you're getting confused. ATI is the one I am dumping because it sucks under win2K.

I disagree that win2K is less effecient in gaming, this is a misconception.

Also I am sick of all the people that say win2K is not for gaming, and people on microsoft newsgroups get sick of it as well.

I see the 2 fps increase, difference is so small it's not worth it to say one is better than the other, in this case I would say equal based on your benchmark.
