I tried the BIOS thing (default values) and the problem is still there. The BIOS revision I have is the latest, so, if it is the problem, I'm stuck.
The Samsun HD is DMA 2 (so no ATA66-ATA100 issues), and my Quantum is only ATA66, my mobo supports ATA66 so that should not be the problem. Any way, the problem is in the 2 HD's. I'm thinking about the memory (Currently I can't borrow a DIMM (I know people with only 66Mhz DIMM's). Perhaps, if I lower the FSB to 66 so I can change to 66 Mhz DIMM's?).
Finally, I'll borrow a keyboard to try out (Who knows, this is an old keyboard with an "old_keyboard-to-PS/2" adaptor).
It can be the IDE controler of my mobo?

It could be the ide controller of your motherboard. Just try one thing at a time though.
