Alternate Software for Hauppage TV cards?
Because I have more money than sense (or at least a larger credit card limit than sense) I bought myself a Win-TV Go from scan (<a href="http://www.scan.co.uk">www.scan.co.uk</a>) for the princely sum of 30 pounds or so. My main reason for this is so I can play Final Fantasy IX in bed.
The card works ok (well it does now) and I can almost get five whole channels in fuzzy-vision (TM). Unfortunately one of them is S4C (apologies to any of the welsh who like the channel 8-p ).
My point, eventually, is that the software that comes with it is poor, with a stoopid interface. I"m convinced that I saw a site that had an alternative a while back but I can't remember for the life of me where it was.
Any suggestions?
