Is there a way to get the IE to refresh a page every X minutes?? would be really helpful, because the page would always be up to date and i wouldnt get seperated all the time.

Now that I think of it, if you were really desperate it could be done. Everything is possible if you really want it. You'd just have to make a html page that would contain one frame with the page you wish to keep updated and a javascript tag to refresh the page after x-seconds. If you were really l33t, you could make a window asking for the url on top of it, where one would simply type the destination and it would refresh and refresh and refresh... it probably could be done entirely in jscript or PHP. It would be easier to use PHP tho.Someday, we'll look back on this, laugh nervously and change the subject.
