ICQ - phone icon next to a contacts name??
what does that mean?

If a kid asks where rain comes from, I think a cute thing to tell him is "God is crying." And if he asks why God is crying, another cute thing to tell him is "Probably because of something you did." -
If it's a 'normal' looking handset then I think it's ICQPhone (never used it, but I think it lets you make a PC to PC call). A mobile phone next to a name means you can send an SMS to them.
