    Or reword your message to them.

    Tell them you have a problem with the high resolutions your monitor is supposed to do with supplied parts but the cable is either defective or incapable of meeting the specs of the monitor.

        Iiyama here in the US were giving out free BNC cables when people called them up and complained about moire and blurry text.
