Does G400 support an overlay under DirectDraw.

The reason I ask is because I cannot find a rainbow runner where I live...but there is an ATI card. But not sure if it will work with Matrox...so I looked up a FAQ on the ATI website and it said:

What graphics cards will the ATI-TV WONDER work with?
The software currently shipping with the ATI-TV WONDER is designed to work with graphics sub-systems that support an overlay under DirectDraw.


So does the G400 support an overlay under DirectDraw.
