I'd say wait until about 4:30pm this afternoon and give the US number a call, they will be able to confirm the UK number for you and it will still give you time to call it too.
As for e-mail, you tried their on-line technical support page?
OK, so it isn't a direct e-mail address but a web form, but probably works.
http://www.quantum.com/qonline/forms/support_drive.htmlIt cost one penny to cross, or one hundred gold pieces if you had a billygoat.
Trolls might not be quick thinkers but they don't forget in a hurry, either

Doh. Should have tried the web form. Anyway I've sent it so what the chances of getting a reply.
Calling america will be a bit exspensive and no doubt they'll have a queing system.

If not I'll call again (they want this corrected ASAP)"Be who you are and say what you feel, because those who mind don't matter, and those who matter don't mind." -- Dr. Seuss

Definatley doesn't work.
Sorry for taking the time in replying as you replied soon after I posted so I thought I was the last post on this subject.
Unfortunatley they don't seem to like responding to the web form either. Pretty shit service if you ask me.

Thanks Greebe I'll try that email address as by the time I get home they'll have shut up shop. The problem may be with the internal phone system at work.
