They've done something new and (I think) innovative and I like it!
Windows XP - install on a notebook and turn on ClearType. I've seen it on WinCE machines but on my Sony Vaio notebook, it makes the screen look like it's a CRT!
If you don't know what it does: Microsoft have found a way of antialiasing LCD panels by powering neighbouring pixels at different levels, and so instead of the jagged look of a LCD screen where you can see each individual pixel, they're 'blurred' so that it's smooth like on a CRT.
Some people probably don't like that, but on my 1024x768 screen it makes it look soo much better!
