OK now i've installed and tested it a bit...
The new window management is great: You can have a window maximised and have others non-maximised in front of (or behind) it, you can minimize a maximised window and the other maximised ones will stay maxed, a popup window won't un-max maxed windows...
They disabled window animation (or lowered it to a point where you really don't notice it anymore )
Another great feature is the new mouse-navigation.. a few examples:
rightclick+move mouse left = back
rightclick+mouse up, then down = reload
rightclick+mouse down, then left = minimize
rightclick+mouse down on a link = open in new window
rightclick+ mouse down, then up on a link = open in a new window in the background
rightclick+mouse up = stop
Sounds more complicated than it is, and I've gotten accustomed to it already
This is a nice upgrade to opera

Did they add support for non-english characters? Because if they didn't then it's useless to me. And I would really like to see that in such a great browser. It's the only thing that keeps me from using it.

Actually it seems a lot faster ( in most cases ) than I.E 6.0 Public Preview.
And i like it's built in download manager.
It can resume downloads ( providing the server supports it ) which is a feature I.E have been missing for years.
However ... in some cases it's not properly identified or not deemed I.E compatible, which leads to either the page not displaying properly or not displaying at all.Fear, Makes Wise Men Foolish !

Nah it's best feature clearly is "open window in background"
But I also like it's stability, speed, SDI interface, download manager, mouse navigation, full keyboard navigation...

Yeah and if it identifies as IE, it'll even use JScript (I just wish there was a toggle for that like for the graphics )
