Go to the Properties, select the "Program" tab, check the only checkbox there is... it should say "close when program quits" or something to that effect (I have the german version, so I don't know what it actually says in the english one and I can't think of something better at the moment..)

RMB the file in Explorer and look at the Program tab under Properties. Check the "Close on exit checkbox and a .PIF file will be created for you with those settings.
