  • ram.....

    Is it normal that the speed of the ram tend to lower with time(about each 1/2h period)?

    Here's some bechmark with Sandra 2001.

    right after boot --> 370/409
    25 mins after boot --> 344/377
    40 mins after boot --> 338/374

    Do you think that this could be caused by cheap ram or it's something else?

    a) memory slow down could be due to memory fragmentation,

    Sandra is generally considered a "poor" benchmark, (i'm putting that very mildly)

    try <a href="http://www.ncpro.com/clibench/clibench.htm">Cli bench</a> which is more widely used.
