Bought sennheiser hd595 headphones. Sound okay through a Creative decoder but there must be better decoders that do 7:1. I need three optical inputs.

You need a headphone amp. HD-595's are power hungry. On my Augidy they sound good. On my Echo Indigo, which has a built-in headphone amp (not the best, but it has one), they sound much better.
eBay for a CMoy amp maker in the UK. They aren't that expensive and will do a good job of powering you 595s.
