Sorry to put what is probably an irrelevant question in the forum (especially as it now seems to be concentrating on PD5) but is there a way to get sent regular (daily?) updates by e-mail listing the topics that have changed/been created in the past 24 hours?

There are programs you can use to check if specific pages have been modified. I think some of them are free.
For it to work you have to give it some addresses and how often it will check them.
