Does anyone have any recommendations on how to optimize the ICD for Half-Life under NT4?

Trying to run Half-Life without any changes resulted in an un-playable, slow game. Not to mention that some of the objects were only being half-drawn.

Heh, new name for Half-Life with G200 and ICD "Half-Drawn".
