What exactly caused you to make this outburst ?
Is it PMT (Pre Matrox Tension). Sat nervously waiting till September for a G400 Max while millions of others deflect to an 'available' TNT Ultra. It's only a Graphics card

I think djroberts made a sensible case there. He didn't come up with any false accusations, but just pointed out the rather confusing wording in that readme-file.
I fail to see how that can be whining. What it comes to your post I'm referring to now, it is easier.
