Any gotchas installing the G400 (MAX or otherwise) from G200+Powerdesk 5.13?

Matrox told me I will be getting my MAX by Tuesday at the latest. I am the 18th order for the MAX, I was told.

With this in mind, I was wondering if there are any issues with the migration from G200 to G400 especially with Powerdesk 5.13.

Do I just plug the MAX in and PowerDesk 5.13 will detect the card, or do I need to do a full driver uninstall and reinstall?

Just to make sure I'd use the following procedure:

- use the uninstaller
- power off after that recommended restart (before windows starts booting)
- change the cards
- turn power back on
- on detection of the card point to the location where PD5.13 is extracted to
- restart
- have fun

Upgrading from a non-matrox card...I put in the Matrox... it PNP detected standard VGA... and restarted... then I installed PD5.13 from my HD... it worked. Then i put in the Drivers CD... and installed the other stuff.
